Long before they became best friends, Justin Wagner of Waves And Wheels in Missouri and Andrew Imhof of Maryland Offshore Performance Service Center began building their own businesses based on endless passion for go-fast boating. Since getting to know each other some 15 years ago, they’ve collaborated on dozens of powerboat renovation and restoration projects.
